Propak West Africa 2024: Countdown has started
Our first-ever participation in a trade show in Africa - we can't wait to explore this vibrant market! At stand 3D03, we will present our flexible food packaging solutions. Our MAP and vacuum packaging not only extends shelf life but also ensures food safety and improves product protection and hygiene.

New fully automated printing machine coming soon!
We are thrilled to introduce our new fully automated Novoflex II printing machine from Windmöller & Hölscher, which will arrive this autumn and offers 10 colors plus 2 additional options, setting new benchmarks in versatility, quality, and speed.
With an impressive production speed of up to 800 m/min, Novoflex II not only maximizes our production capacity but also elevates print quality to a new level. The integrated 100% print inspection ensures continuous error detection, guaranteeing flawless results.
Our Commitment with Food for Soul: United Against Food Waste
Our company has always been passionate about this issue, promoting the use of vacuum bags to extend the freshness of food and reduce food waste. Now, we've decided to do more! Since July 2024, we have joined forces with Food for Soul, the global non-profit initiative by Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore, which transforms excess or expiring food into resources for vulnerable communities. We've donned our kitchen aprons and rolled up our sleeves at the Refettorio in Modena, where food that would otherwise go to waste is rescued to prepare nutritious meals.
The Refettorio in Modena is an extraordinary place that demonstrates how underutilized spaces can become centers of community life. It can accommodate up to 80 guests, including families in economic hardship, elderly individuals, and marginalized people, who receive a hot three-course meal every Monday and Thursday.
We are proud to contribute not only an annual monetary amount and our donations of vacuum bags, which will help the Refettorio keep raw materials fresher for longer, but also by actively participating as volunteers. We firmly believe that each of us can make a difference in the fight against food waste, to build a more sustainable and accessible food system for all. Together, we can change the world, one meal at a time!
We achieved the AA+ grade!
We are proud to announce fantastic news: in 2024, Niederwieser Spa has achieved the prestigious AA+ grade in the BRC Global Standard Packaging certification! We have always focused on strict adherence to quality and hygiene requirements at every stage of our production process.
This milestone, achieved during an unannounced audit, is tangible proof of our continuous commitment to excellence in packaging and our dedication to food safety. We could not have reached this success without the contribution of every member of our team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
