Lamination: the strength of unity

The lamination process allows us to meet specific requirements by combining two or more films with different specifications using solvent-based or solventless adhesives.

Accurate and tailored slitting

Depending on customer requirements, the mother reels are slit into smaller reels that perfectly match their specific needs. Especially for printed films, we print broader bands to accommodate multiple designs, optimizing the cutting phase for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our dual-line operation supports up to five simultaneous cutting channels.

Heat sealing: efficiency and precision

On our high precision machines (exclusively made in Italy) we produce 300 milion vacuum pouches per year. Operating 18 machines in three daily shifts, we achieve peak automation and volume handling, ensuring reliable, cost-effective production.

Embossing: versatile film applications

Our embossing process customizes films for varied uses. The heat-impressed pattern enhance air removal in external vacuum machines, simplifying home vacuum sealing. With two embossing machines, we've boosted our capacity to meet all customer demands quickly and effectively, with options for smaller packaging units as well.

Warehouse: swift and streamlined delivery

A warehouse spanning over 5.000 square meters with 10.000 pallet places ensures a constant supply and guaranteed order fulfillment in no time. In addition to more than 350 ready-to-ship formats of vacuum pouches, we also provide tailor-made solutions designed to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Flexographic printing: superior custom graphics

Our in-house printing department equipped with flexographic printing machines up to 8 colors, provides excellent graphic customization services. This allows us to deliver pouches with both internal or external printing.

Coming soon: In autumn we plan to commission a new fully automatic Windmöller & Hölscher printing machine with 10 colors + 2. The prints will reach the highest level, featuring vibrant colors and impeccable definition, resulting in a greater visual impact for our clients’ products.
